White sage

White Sage (Salvia apiana)

A drought-tolerant perennial with silvery foliage and aromatic leaves. Grows into a hardy shrub suited to dry, well-drained soils and full sun. Traditionally used in ceremonial and spiritual practices and valued for its strong fragrance and ornamental appeal.

Sow in soil temperatures between 18–24 °C. Cover with very fine covering of seed raising mix. Prefers a warm, frost-free position and excellent drainage. Germination can be slow and irregular; allow 14–28 days.
