We aim to pack and send orders within
3 working days of receiving the order, we send orders via Australia post, delivery times will vary according to your location and whether you have selected standard shipping or a tracked parcel, from experience tracked items will arrive quicker, for most orders sent using the standard shipping option they are sent as large letters, Australia post do not prioritise these items.
If you select the standard shipping option without tracking we do not accept any responsibility for the timeframe it takes to arrive or if it is lost in the post.
If it is important to you that the order arrives quickly, please select the tracked parcel option.

In the unusual event that we are unable to dispatch your order within the time frame stated above we will email you with an explanation.
If an item, you have ordered is not available due to unforeseen circumstances we will adjust your order total accordingly by issuing a refund for the unavailable item.
