Spaghetti squash also know as Winter squash is a vigorous vine that produces large yellow fruits to 30 cm. Fruit can baked whole then cut open and the unusual flesh can be forked out and used like spaghetti. Flesh has a mild flavour and slightly crisp texture. Can also be used in salads, sauces, casseroles or as a quiche filling.
