Malabar Spinach - Red Seeds

Malabar spinach vigorous perennial heat loving vine with soft succulent leaves. Leaves taste similar to true spinach and are a useful substitute in hotter months.Leaves can be used as a salad green, cooked as a leaf vegetable or used to thicken soups and stews. Also known as climbing spinach, creeping spinach, red vine spinach, buffalo spinach, Indian spinach, Chinese spinach and Ceylon spinach.

Sow direct or in pots, requires soil temperature to be 25c or above. Soaking seeds overnight prior to sowing can speed up germination.
