Bok Choi ‘Baby Choy’

Compact, fast-growing bok choi with tender green leaves and crisp white stems. Mild flavour and excellent for stir-fries, steaming or fresh use. Forms neat, uniform baby heads.

Sow in soil temperatures between 10–20 °C. Best grown in autumn, winter and early spring in most Australian climates. Matures in approximately 30–45 days.
