A rare South American Bush bean known for its striking appearance and creamy texture, 'Tiger's Eye' beans are perfect dried for dips, spreads, and soups. The beautifully coloured thin skin virtually disappears when cooked, revealing a smooth, rich pulp. They can also be eaten young as green beans.
